Written after we hear your goals, kitchen, and routine — not a one-size chart.
Roti, rice, dal, and tiffins stay on the plate. Portions and swaps do the work.
Work days, festivals, and travel are planned for. Strict elimination is not the default.
Coaching with Dt. Alekhya. First consultation is free, in Hyderabad or online.
A short check — if several of these fit, this program is likely relevant.
Want sustainable weight management
Prefer Indian home food
Have a busy work or family routine
Need flexible meal options
Want regular guidance, not a crash diet
Most people do not fail because they lack willpower. The plan often does not match real life.
A downloaded chart cannot see your tiffin, festivals, or how much oil actually goes in the pan.
Plans that ban rice and roti often last a week. Familiar food with smaller portions is easier to keep.
Vegetarian, Jain, and mixed kitchens need different proteins. One PDF cannot cover all of them.
Hunger, travel, and plateaus need follow-ups. A static sheet does not change when your week does.
The written plan is customized from five things we actually ask about — not a guess.
Fat loss, hormones, glucose-aware eating, pregnancy, or recovery — we write to the goal you name.
Vegetarian, vegan, Jain, egg, or non-vegetarian. We do not force foods you will not eat.
Family dinners, festivals, and eating out are planned, not ignored.
Office tiffins, shift work, and travel get swaps so the plan can be followed on a Tuesday.
Follow-ups adjust portions when hunger, energy, or reports change.

Four steps from a free assessment to a plan you can follow — then adjustments when life changes.
Share your goals, how you eat, and any reports you have. The first consultation is free.
We review lifestyle, food preferences, and medical context you share with your clinician’s care in mind.
You receive a written Indian meal plan with swaps for home, tiffin, and eating out.
Follow-up calls and WhatsApp support during Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. Not 24/7.
Items on every monthly plan, plus extras that start at Standard.

Indian meals you already recognise. These are examples — your written plan is personal.

Breakfast
A familiar South Indian plate with sambar and chutney — portions set after consult.

Lunch
A measured cup of rice, dal, sabzi, salad, and curd — the everyday thali, not a juice cleanse.

Snack
Roasted chana and whole fruit instead of fried namkeen or packaged juice.

Dinner
A lighter evening plate with protein, vegetables, and salad. Examples only.
These are examples. Your actual plan is personalized to your requirements.
Body weight falls when you take in fewer calories than you use, over weeks — not days. Protein helps preserve muscle while you lose fat. Fibre from dal, vegetables, fruit, and millets slows digestion so hunger is more manageable. Liquid calories (sweet tea, packaged juice, soda) add energy without filling you.
Indian meals are not the problem. Large portions of refined cereal, fried snacks, and sugar-sweetened drinks usually are. A practical plan keeps roti or rice on the plate, adds dal or another protein, fills half the plate with vegetables, and uses oil with a measured spoon — in line with ICMR–NIN dietary guidance to eat a variety of foods rather than a single “superfood”.
Sleep, stress, and steps change appetite and energy use. The meal plan is one part of the week; we also look at how you actually eat at work and at home.
Nutrition coaching on this site supports general education and meal planning. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your physician’s care.
Talk to your doctor or obstetrician before major diet changes if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, take prescription medicines, or have a diagnosed medical condition.

No. Most people lose fat by reducing the serving and adding dal, vegetables, and protein — not by banning cereal. We only change the grain if your clinician has a specific reason.
A slow weekly trend is more sustainable than a crash. Water, salt, hormones, and muscle change the number day to day. We look at habits and how clothes fit as well as the scale. There is no guaranteed kg-per-week figure.
Yes. You are not required to buy a monthly plan on that call. Paid coaching starts only after you choose Basic (₹999), Standard (₹1,999), or Platinum (₹2,999) and we confirm payment off-site.
Yes. Pulses, curd, paneer, soy, millets, and vegetables cover protein and fibre. We write vegetarian, vegan, or Jain versions when that is how you eat.
We add tiffin and restaurant swaps — for example, grilled or dal-based meals, extra salad, and a smaller rice pile — instead of asking you to never leave home.
After a free consultation we write a weight-loss meal plan around how you already eat. You then choose Basic, Standard, or Platinum for follow-ups. This website does not take card checkout. Learn more on the pricing page or book via the contact page.
