Written after we hear your goals, kitchen, and routine — not a one-size chart.
Roti, rice, dal, and tiffins stay on the plate. Portions and swaps do the work.
Work days, festivals, and travel are planned for. Strict elimination is not the default.
Coaching with Dt. Alekhya. First consultation is free, in Hyderabad or online.
A short check — if several of these fit, this program is likely relevant.
Are pregnant and eat Indian food
Want help with nausea, heartburn, or small frequent meals
Are vegetarian and need protein and iron-aware plates
Have obstetric restrictions we can translate into roti and rice
Need snacks you can actually keep down
Most people do not fail because they lack willpower. The plan often does not match real life.
Energy needs rise gradually. Doubling desserts is not the same as meeting protein and iron needs.
Undercooked eggs, unpasteurised milk, and risky street juice need a clear, calm list — not panic.
Some weeks only bland food stays down. The plan should flex with that, then rebuild.
Gestational diabetes or blood pressure change the plate. Your maternity team leads; we translate food.
The written plan is customized from five things we actually ask about — not a guess.
Fat loss, hormones, glucose-aware eating, pregnancy, or recovery — we write to the goal you name.
Vegetarian, vegan, Jain, egg, or non-vegetarian. We do not force foods you will not eat.
Family dinners, festivals, and eating out are planned, not ignored.
Office tiffins, shift work, and travel get swaps so the plan can be followed on a Tuesday.
Follow-ups adjust portions when hunger, energy, or reports change.

Four steps from a free assessment to a plan you can follow — then adjustments when life changes.
Share your goals, how you eat, and any reports you have. The first consultation is free.
We review lifestyle, food preferences, and medical context you share with your clinician’s care in mind.
You receive a written Indian meal plan with swaps for home, tiffin, and eating out.
Follow-up calls and WhatsApp support during Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. Not 24/7.
Items on every monthly plan, plus extras that start at Standard.

Indian meals you already recognise. These are examples — your written plan is personal.

Breakfast
Softer flavours if smells are difficult. Milk or curd if you tolerate dairy.

Lunch
Washed vegetables, fully cooked pulses. Portions follow your obstetric notes.

Snack
Small snacks often sit better than long gaps.

Dinner
Well-cooked eggs or dal in the evening if you eat them.
These are examples. Your actual plan is personalized to your requirements.
Energy needs rise modestly as pregnancy progresses; protein needs rise too. Iron supports haemoglobin; folate supports early neural-tube development (supplements are usually started before or in early pregnancy as your doctor directs). Calcium supports bones. Iodine from iodised salt is the usual Indian source. ICMR–NIN 2024 guidelines describe a diverse plate — cereals, pulses, vegetables, fruit, milk or alternatives, and limited fried and sugary foods.
Food safety matters: thoroughly cooked meat, eggs, and leftovers; washed vegetables; care with unpasteurised milk and high-risk street food. Caffeine is usually limited as your obstetrician advises. Alcohol is not part of a pregnancy diet.
Gestational diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease, and twins change the plan. Your obstetric team sets those rules; we translate them into roti, rice, and snacks.
Nutrition coaching on this site supports general education and meal planning. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your physician’s care.
Talk to your doctor or obstetrician before major diet changes if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, take prescription medicines, or have a diagnosed medical condition.

No. Energy needs rise gradually. Quality and regularity matter more than doubling every plate. Your obstetrician may give a weight-gain range based on your starting BMI.
Yes, with attention to protein, iron, B12, and calcium — and the supplements your doctor prescribes. We write vegetarian Indian menus around that.
Your obstetric and diabetes team set carbohydrate targets. We translate those into roti, rice, and snacks. We do not replace that medical team.
Advice varies. Follow your obstetrician’s food list for your region. We do not override a written clinical restriction.
Book a free consult. Bring your prescription list. Monthly plans start at ₹999 after you opt in. This is nutrition coaching, not antenatal clinic.
After a free consultation we write a pregnancy diet plan around how you already eat. You then choose Basic, Standard, or Platinum for follow-ups. This website does not take card checkout. Learn more on the pricing page or book via the contact page.
Yes. Plans are built around roti, rice, dal, sabzi, tiffins, and the food your household already cooks — vegetarian, mixed, or Jain when that is how you eat.
Yes. Goals, food preferences, work hours, travel, and reports you share all shape the written plan. It is not a generic PDF.
Basic: monthly. Standard: every two weeks. Platinum: weekly. Small WhatsApp tweaks can happen inside your support window during clinic hours.
