Services

We provide nutrition education and personalized diet plans. Information on this website is educational and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care. Consult your physician before changing diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition.

Bookings and plans

Plan inclusions, pricing, and availability are described on the Pricing and Diet Plans pages and may change. Paid consultations and meal plans are delivered as agreed during booking. We may decline or refer cases outside our scope of practice.

Payment, cancellation, and refunds

The first consultation is free. This website does not take card or UPI checkout. After you confirm a monthly tier (Basic ₹999, Standard ₹1,999, or Platinum ₹2,999), we send payment details by WhatsApp or email. A paid month starts when we receive that payment. To cancel or ask about a refund, contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Requests are handled case by case; there is no automatic money-back guarantee.

Website use

Do not misuse the site, scrape content at scale, or submit false contact details. All site content remains our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
